  • WhatsApp Business API — messages, conversation data, and business account information for accounts that authorize our platform.
  • Instagram Business API — direct messages, comments, and business account information for accounts that authorize our platform.
  • Facebook Messenger API — direct messages, conversation data, and business account information for accounts that authorize our platform.
  • TikTok Business Messaging API — direct messages, conversation data, and business account information for accounts that authorize our platform.
  • Payment processors and other business tools you connect to our platform.

How We Handle Direct Message Data

Direct message data received through integrated messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, etc.) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Messages are stored only for the duration the business account is active and authorized on our platform. Upon disconnection or account termination, all associated messaging data is permanently deleted within 90 days.

Data Minimization

We only collect and process the minimum data necessary to provide our Services. For messaging integrations, we access only the API scopes required for our specific functionality. We do not request or retain permissions beyond what is needed to deliver the features you have activated.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send administrative notifications, updates, and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law. Direct message data from integrated platforms is deleted within 90 days of disconnection or account termination.
